The present invention relates to a high-strength urethane coating waterproofing agent, a waterproofing construction method using the same, and a high-strength urethane coating waterproofing system using the waterproofing construction method. The high-strength urethane coating waterproofing agent comprises a main agent and a curing agent. The main agent comprises castor oil and zeolite. The curing agent comprises methylene diisocyanate and a catalyst. According to the present invention, rigidity and waterproofing properties can be improved.
본 발명은 도막 방수 시스템 및 이에 따른 방수 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 건축물의 옥상 바닥면, 수처리 시설 구조물의 내부면, 지하구조물 슬래브 또는 외벽면, 터널, 교량 슬래브면, 옥상녹화용 바닥면 등의 방수시공에 사용되는 고강도 우레탄 도막 방수제 및 이를 이용한 방수 시공 방법 및 이에 따른 고강도 우레탄 도막 방수 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 주제(A)와 경화제(B)로 이루어지되, 주제(A)는 폴리에테르폴리올 변성 글리세린(polyether polyol glycerine), 디프로필렌글리콜(DI PROPYLENE GLYCOL), 캐스터오일(caster oil), 제올라이트, 소포제, 희석재가 혼합되어 구성되고, 경화제(B)는 메틸렌디이소시아네이트(Methylene di isocyanate), 촉매, 희석제를 혼합하여 조성한 고강도 우레탄 도막 방수제를 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 바닥 표면을 청소하고 레이턴스(laitance)를 제거하는 과정(1과정), 고강도 우레탄 도막 방수제의 주제(A), 경화제(B), 나노세라믹파우더(C)를 준비하고 전용안료(D)를 준비하여 교반통에 투입하여 고강도 우레탄 도막 방수제 혼합액으로 2차 가공하는 과정(2과정), 상기에서 2차 가공이 완료된 고강도 우레탄 도막 방수제 혼합액을 바닥에 도포하는 과정(3과정), 상기의 도포 과정 후 경화시키는 과정을 수행하여 도막부(110)가 형성되는 과정(4과정), 을 포함하는 노출적용을 한 고강도 우레탄 방수 시공 방법을 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 바닥 표면을 청소하고 레이턴스(laitance)를 제거하는 과정(1과정), 고강도 우레탄 도막 방수제의 주제(A), 경화제(B), 나노세라믹파우더(C)를 준비하고 전용안료(D)를 준비하여 교반통에 투입하여 고강도 우레탄 도막 방수제 혼합액으로 2차 가공하는 과정(2과정), 상기에서 2차 가공이 완료된 고강도 우레탄 도막 방수제 혼합액을 바닥에 도포하는 과정(3과정), 상기의 도포 과정 후 경화시키는 과정을 수행하여 도막부(110)가 형성되는 과정(4과정), 아스콘을 도막부(110) 위에 도포하여 아스콘부(120)를 형성하는 과정(5과정), 을 포함하는 비노출적용을 한 고강도 우레탄 방수 시공 방법을 제공한다. 또한 본 발명은 상기한 고강도 우레탄 방수 시공 방법으로 구현된 고강도 우레탄 도막 방수 시스템을 제공한다.
