According to an embodiment of the present invention, a semi-automatic laundry hanger, which has an effect of improving convenience of usage, includes: a laundry drying rod for hanging and drying laundry; a wire having one end connected to the laundry drying rod; a support roller supporting the laundry drying rod through the wire; an angle adjusting roller adjusting an angle of the wire; and a height adjustment device connected to the wire to adjust a height of the laundry drying rod by winding or loosening the wire. The height adjustment device comprises a case, a handle coupled to the case to be rotatable, a rotary operation gear axially coupled to the handle, a rotary connection gear engaged with the rotary operation gear, a wire winding unit to which one end of the wire is fixed and connected, and a rotary connection shaft axially coupled to the rotary connection gear. The rotary connection shaft of the height adjustment device is formed to be able to move back and forth in a certain section in a direction of the handle, and a stopper member to limit rotation of the rotary connection gear is formed inside the case of the height adjustment device.
