INTEGRATED VIDEO CONTROL SYSTEM BASED ON ELIMINATING CROSSWALK BLIND SPOTS
The present invention relates to an integrated video control system based on eliminating crosswalk blind spots, more specifically, to an improved integrated video control system based on eliminating crosswalk blind spots, which is in association with a ground signal light, intensively photographs blind spots of a crosswalk to display the blind spots on an indicating device to prevent traffic accident. The integrated video control system based on eliminating crosswalk blind spots comprises: a camera installed adjacent to a crosswalk having a traffic light to photograph blind spots adjacent to the crosswalk; an NVR system receiving video data of the camera to process the same; an indicating device displaying a video of the camera in real time; a jaywalking detecting sensor installed adjacent to the crosswalk to detect a moving object jaywalking the crosswalk; a control center having the NVR system to receive the photographing video of the camera in real time and record and manage the received video; a control unit controlling an event video photographed by the camera to be popped up on the indication device when a red light signal is lighted on a traffic light and there is a moving person approaching the crosswalk, and an event video photographed by the camera to be popped up on the indication device when a green light of a traffic light is lighted on and there is a vehicle approaching the crosswalk.
본 발명은 횡단보도 사각지대 제거를 기반한 영상관제 통합시스템에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 바닥신호등과 연계하고 횡단보도의 사각지대를 집중적으로 촬영하여 사각지대를 표시장치에 디스플레이하여 교통사고를 미연에 방지되도록 개선한 횡단보도 사각지대 제거를 기반한 영상관제 통합시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 신호등이 있는 횡단보도 주변에 설치되어, 상기 횡단보도 주변의 사각지대를 촬영하는 카메라와; 상기 카메라의 영상 데이터를 수신하여 처리하는 NVR시스템과; 상기 카메라의 영상을 실시간으로 디스플레이하는 표시장치와; 상기 횡단보도 주변에 설치되어 횡단보도를 무단 횡단하는 움직이는 물체를 감지하는 무단횡단 감지센서와; 상기 NVR시스템이 구비되어 상기 카메라의 촬영 영상을 실시간으로 수신하고, 수신된 영상을 녹화 및 관리하는 관제센터와; 상기 신호등에 적색 신호가 점등되고 상기 횡단보도로 진입하는 움직이는 사람이 있으면 상기 카메라가 촬영한 이벤트 영상이 상기 표시장치에 팝업되고, 상기 신호등이 녹색 신호가 점등되고 상기 횡단보도로 진입하는 차량이 있으면 상기 카메라가 촬영한 이벤트 영상이 상기 표시장치에 팝업되게 제어하는 제어부;를 포함하는 횡단보도 사각지대 제거를 기반한 영상관제 통합시스템을 제공한다.
