The present invention relates to a smart modular construction method for hollow-core slab and low-load slab architectural structures. Specifically, the present invention relates to a smart modular construction method for hollow-core slab and low-load slab architectural structures, as a technology for expanding a modular construction method to semiconductor production facilities, special industrial plants (such as batteries), and general buildings, for reducing the construction period and securing stability during the site installation when not conventional slab fixed-type module racks but structural beam fixed-type MEP module racks (heavy goods) are installed. The smart modular construction method comprises: installing support racks between structural beams; transporting MEP module racks to an installation site using an ASL; installing the MEP module racks on support racks by lifting an ASL lift; and lowering the ASL lift.
본 발명은 Hollow-core slab 및 저하중 slab 건축 구조물의 스마트 모듈러 공법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는, 반도체 생산시설 외 특수 산업플랜트(배터리 등) 건물 및 일반 건축물로 모듈러 공법의 확장을 위한 기술로서, 기존 Slab 고정타입의 모듈랙이 아닌 구조보 고정타입으로 제작된 MEP 모듈랙(중량물)타입을 설치할 때, 현장 설치시 공기 단축 및 안정성 확보를 위한, Hollow-core slab 및 저하중 slab 건축 구조물의 스마트 모듈러 공법에 관한 것이다.
