PC Concrete smart marine lighthouse with PC modularity and its construction method
Provided in the present invention are a concrete smart marine lighthouse with PC modularity and a construction method thereof, which may maintain a stable posture even at a horizontal load when an earthquake occurs. The present invention provides a light weight compared to a volume, such that a light pole may be easily installed. Various facilities installed at a lighthouse may be prevented from being stolen. The inspector may easily approach the lighthouse. One adequate embodiment of the present invention comprises: a plurality of helical monopiles which are arranged in a grid shape at a predetermined area by being inserted into a bedrock layer; a pair of one-stage foundation concretes which are made of precast concrete, and are horizontally mounted on each upper end of helical monopiles which are arranged in a grid shape to select the helical monopiles by plural to connect the same; a two-stage foundation concrete which is stacked by being mounted on the upper surface of the one-stage foundation concretes; a light pole which is mounted on the upper surface of the two-stage foundation concrete to be fixed by an anchor bolt which is fixedly installed at the one-stage foundation concretes to be upwardly erected, and in which a light pole ladder is installed; a lighthouse which has a beacon mount, a battery storage box, and a solar cell mount to be installed at the uppermost end of the light pole; and an antitheft door which is provided between one-stage foundation concretes and the two-stage foundation concrete to open and close a lighthouse inspection hole in a sliding manner.
본 발명은 지진 도래시 수평 하중에도 안정된 자세 유지가 가능하고, 체적 대비 경량으로 등주의 설치가 용이하며, 등탑에 설치된 각종 설비의 도난 방지가 가능하고, 점검자가 쉽게 등탑으로 접근할 수 있도록 한 PC 모듈화를 적용한 콘크리트 스마트 해상용 등대 및 이의 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따르면, 암반층에 관입시켜 일정 영역에 격자 배열되어 있는 다수개의 헬리컬 모노파일과; 프리캐스트 콘크리트로 제작되며, 격자 배열된 헬리컬 모노파일 각 상단에 수평적으로 거치되어 복수개씩 헬리컬 모노파일을 선택하여 연결시키는 한 쌍의 1단 기반콘크리트와; 상기 1단 기반콘크리트의 상면에 안착시켜 적층된 2단 기반콘크리트와; 상기 2단 기반콘크리트의 상면에 안착된 후 1단 기반콘크리트에 고정 설치된 앵커볼트에 의해 고정되어 상향으로 입설되며 내부에 등주 사다리가 설치되어 있는 등주와; 등명기 거치대, 배터리 보관함, 태양전지 거치대를 갖고 상기 등주의 최상단에 설치된 등탑과; 1단 기반콘크리트와와 2단 기반콘크리트의 사이에는 슬라이딩식으로 등대점검홀을 개폐하는 도난방지용 도어가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
