According to the present invention, provided is a solar power generation shutter which comprises: a shutter box unit installed on an upper side of an entrance door of a building and providing functions to block sunlight and rainwater; guide frame units installed from a lower side of the shutter box unit to both sides of the entrance door to correspond to the height of the entrance door; a shutter frame unit wound on the rotation shaft configured in the shutter box unit, and when towed, being lowered along the guide frame units and providing a double door function to the entrance door; a solar panel unit configured on the shutter frame unit and allowing the solar power generation to be conducted when the shutter frame unit is lowered; a clockwork spring unit configured on one end of the rotation shaft, and when towing force lowering the shutter frame unit works, being unwound, and then when the towing force is released, being wound into the original status, thereby elevating the shutter frame unit along the guide frame units; and a ratchet gear unit configured on one end of the rotation shaft, and allowing the rotation shaft to rotate only in the normal direction while preventing the rotation shaft from rotating in the reverse direction, so that, even when the towing force is released from the shutter frame unit while the shutter frame unit is being lowered by the towing force lowering the shutter frame unit, the shutter frame unit is prevented from being elevated as the rotation shaft is rotated in the reverse direction by the clockwork spring unit. Therefore, needed electric power can be provided to a building where it is hard to supply power.
본 발명에 의하면, 건물의 출입문 상측에 설치되고 햇빛과 빗물에 대한 차단 기능을 기능을 제공하는 셔터박스부; 셔터박스부의 하측으로부터 출입문의 양측에 출입문의 높이에 대응되도록 설치되는 가이드프레임부; 셔터박스부의 내부에 구성된 회전축에 권취된 상태에서 견인시 가이드프레임부를 따라 하강되어 출입문에 덧문 기능을 제공하는 셔터프레임부; 셔터프레임부에 구성되고 셔터프레임부의 하강시 태양광 발전을 가능하게 하는 태양광패널부; 회전축의 일단에 구성되고 셔터프레임부를 하강시키는 견인력 작용시 권해되었다가 견인력이 해제되는 경우 원상태로 권취되면서 셔터프레임부를 가이드프레임부를 따라 상승시키는 태엽스프링부; 및 회전축의 일단에 구성되어 회전축이 정방향으로만 회전되고 역방향으로는 회전이 억제되도록 하여 셔터프레임부를 하강시키는 견인에 의해 셔터프레임부의 하강 동작 중 견인력이 해제되더라도 태엽스프링부에 의해 회전축이 역방향 회전되어 셔터프레임부가 상승 동작되지 못하도록 하는 라체트기어부를 포함하는 태양광 발전 셔터가 제공된다.
