Manufacturing Method of Porous Clay and Porous clay
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing porous clay and porous clay manufactured thereby. The method according to the present invention comprises the steps of: adding into a first clay slip mixture manufactured by first adding resin and sodium silicate which are first additives to a clay slip produced by mixing clay and water, a second clay slip mixture which is manufactured by secondarily adding a surfactant, resin, and hydrogen peroxide; putting the mixture into a mold to form a porous molding product; and thermally drying the porous molding product, thereby producing porous clay having a plurality of pores formed in the porous molding product. Accordingly, the porous clay is put into a mold manufactured in various shape and sizes, such that the shape and size of the porous clay can be freely manufactured in response to the shape of the mold manufactured in various shapes and sizes and the porous clay can be standardized, thereby being used as an interior finishing building material for buildings. In addition, the porous clay has flame retardancy, soundproofing, moisture-proofing, and sound-absorbing effects. Pigments of various colors are added to the porous molding product, such that various colors can be implemented. The porous clay is crushed to be used as a plant growth soil material for growing plants.
본 발명은 점토와 물을 혼합하여 생성된 점토슬립에 제1첨가물인 수지와 규산소다를 1차로 첨가하여 제조된 제1차점토슬립혼합물에 계면활성제와 수지와 과산화수소를 2차로 첨가하여 제조된 제2차점토슬립혼합물을 성형틀에 넣어 다공질성형물성형시켜서 이 다공질성형물을 열소성건조하여 다공질성형물에 다수의 기포가 성형된 다공질점토으로 완성하여서, 다공질점토을 다양한 모양과 크기로 제작된 성형틀에 넣어 이 다양한 모양과 크기로 제작된 성형틀의 형상에 대응되어 다공질점토의 형상과 크기를 자유롭게 제조할 수 있고, 다공질점토을 규격화하여 건축물의 실내마감 건축자재로 활용할 수 있으며, 본 발명으로 제조된 다공질점토은 난연성, 방음, 방습, 흡음효과를 갖으며, 본 발명의 다공질성형물을 다양한 컬러의 안료를 첨가하여 다양한 컬러로 구현할 수 있고, 본 발명의 다공질점토을 분쇄하여 식물이 자랄 수 있는 식물생육토양재료로 활용할 수 있도록 한 다공질점토 제조방법 및 다공질점토에 관한것이다.
