MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR CAISSON HAVING STEEL MOLD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention was derived to solve the above problems, and the purpose is to present a caisson manufacturing device equipped with a steel formwork by a steel plate bending structure that can easily manufacture caissons having various structures by easily changing the structure. As a caisson manufacturing device equipped with a plurality of transfer grooves (200) formed in a row on the bottom surface along the direction of movement of a caisson (100) being manufactured, a rail (201) installed on the bottom surface of the transfer grooves (200), and a carriage (202) installed on the rail (201) to raise and transport the caisson (100), the caisson manufacturing device equipped with a steel formwork by a steel plate bending structure comprises: a bottom plate manufacturing section (a); a wall manufacturing section (b); and a finishing work section (c). The present invention proposes a caisson manufacturing device having a steel formwork with a steel plate bending structure that enables easy manufacturing of caissons having various structures by easy change of structure.
본 발명은 제작 중인 케이슨(100)의 이동방향을 따라 저면에 열지어 형성된 다수의 이송홈(200)과, 상기 이송홈(200)의 저면에 설치된 레일(201)과, 케이슨(100)을 상승시켜 이송하도록 상기 레일(201) 위에 설치된 대차(202)를 구비한 케이슨 제작장치에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트의 타설에 의해 케이슨(100)의 저판(110)을 제작하는 저판 제작부(a); 콘크리트의 타설에 의해 상기 저판(110) 위에 케이슨(100)의 벽체(120)를 제작하는 벽체 제작부(b); 케이슨(100)의 마감 작업을 하는 마감 작업부(c);를 구비하고, 상기 저판 제작부(a)는, 상기 저판(110)의 저면에 상기 이송홈(200)과 동일한 방향을 따라 다수의 요부(111) 및 철부(112)가 형성되도록, 강판의 절곡구조에 의해 다수의 돌부(311) 및 홈부(312)가 형성되고, 상기 다수의 이송홈(200) 중 인접한 한 쌍의 이송홈(200a,200b)의 사이에 설치되는 강재 거푸집(300); 상기 한 쌍의 이송홈(200a,200b) 중 일측 이송홈(200a)의 타측 내면에 상기 강재 거푸집(300)의 일측 가장자리를 결합하는 일측 이송홈 결합부(301); 상기 한 쌍의 이송홈(200a,200b) 중 타측 이송홈(200b)의 일측 내면에 상기 강재 거푸집(300)의 타측 가장자리를 결합하는 타측 이송홈 결합부(302); 상기 이송홈(200)의 상측 트임부를 폐쇄하고, 상기 저판(110)의 거푸집 역할을 함과 아울러, 저면이 상기 대차(202)에 의해 지지되는 이송홈 폐쇄 거푸집(210);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이는 구조의 용이한 변경에 의해 다양한 구조를 갖는 케이슨을 쉽게 제작할 수 있도록 한다.

본 발명은 제작 중인 케이슨(100)의 이동방향을 따라 저면에 열지어 형성된 다수의 이송홈(200)과, 상기 이송홈(200)의 저면에 설치된 레일(201)과, 케이슨(100)을 상승시켜 이송하도록 상기 레일(201) 위에 설치된 대차(202)를 구비한 케이슨 제작장치에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트의 타설에 의해 케이슨(100)의 저판(110)을 제작하는 저판 제작부(a); 콘크리트의 타설에 의해 상기 저판(110) 위에 케이슨(100)의 벽체(120)를 제작하는 벽체 제작부(b); 케이슨(100)의 마감 작업을 하는 마감 작업부(c);를 구비하고, 상기 저판 제작부(a)는, 상기 저판(110)의 저면에 상기 이송홈(200)과 동일한 방향을 따라 다수의 요부(111) 및 철부(112)가 형성되도록, 강판의 절곡구조에 의해 다수의 돌부(311) 및 홈부(312)가 형성되고, 상기 다수의 이송홈(200) 중 인접한 한 쌍의 이송홈(200a,200b)의 사이에 설치되는 강재 거푸집(300); 상기 한 쌍의 이송홈(200a,200b) 중 일측 이송홈(200a)의 타측 내면에 상기 강재 거푸집(300)의 일측 가장자리를 결합하는 일측 이송홈 결합부(301); 상기 한 쌍의 이송홈(200a,200b) 중 타측 이송홈(200b)의 일측 내면에 상기 강재 거푸집(300)의 타측 가장자리를 결합하는 타측 이송홈 결합부(302); 상기 이송홈(200)의 상측 트임부를 폐쇄하고, 상기 저판(110)의 거푸집 역할을 함과 아울러, 저면이 상기 대차(202)에 의해 지지되는 이송홈 폐쇄 거푸집(210);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이는 구조의 용이한 변경에 의해 다양한 구조를 갖는 케이슨을 쉽게 제작할 수 있도록 한다.
