본 발명은 계단실의 구조를 좌우로 수직 분할하여 형성되는 구조로 제작하여 한 번의 결합으로 계단실을 시공할 수 있도록 하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 계단실 시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 시공 방법은 제1 성형틀과 제2 성형틀을 준비하는 성형틀 준비 단계(S10)와, 준비된 제1 성형틀과 제2 성형틀에 철근을 배근하는 철근 배근 단계(S20)와, 상기 제1 성형틀과 제2 성형틀에 콘크리트를 타설하고 양생시키는 콘크리트 타설 및 양생 단계(S30)와, 상기 제1 성형틀과 제2 성형틀에서 성형된 제1 분할 구조물과 제2 분할 구조물을 탈형하여 제1 분할 구조물과 제2 분할 구조물의 제작을 완료하는 분할 구조물 제작 단계(S40)와, 상기 제1 분할 구조물과 제2 분할 구조물을 상호 밀착시키는 구조물 밀착 단계(S50)와, 밀착된 제1 분할 구조물과 제2 분할 구조물을 상호 접합시키는 구조물 접합 단계(S60)를 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a precast-concrete stairway room construction method for constructing a stairway room with one coupling operation by manufacturing the stairway room to have a structure formed by vertically dividing the stairway room into left and right sides, wherein the construction method comprises: a mold preparing step (S10) in which a first mold and a second mold are prepared; a rebar arranging step (S20) in which rebars are arranged in the prepared first and second molds; a concrete placing and curing step (S30) in which concrete is placed and cured in the first mold and the second mold; a divided structure manufacturing step (S40) in which a first divided structure and a second divided structure formed in the first mold and the second mold are removed to finish the manufacturing of the first divided structure and the second divided structure; a structure attaching step (S50) in which the first divided structure and the second divided structure are made to come into close contact with each other; and a structure bonding step (S60) in which the first divided structure and the second divided structure that are in close contact with each other are bonded to each other.
