The purpose of the present invention is to provide a synthetic resin pipe manufacturing system that improves the structure of a profile molding machine so that defective products are not produced even when a synthetic resin pipe is produced using not only raw materials but also waste synthetic resin materials. In the synthetic resin pipe manufacturing system, when a material for producing a synthetic resin pipe is fed into a resin supply machine, the resin supply machine melts the material into a gel form and guides the same to a profile molding machine, and the profile molding machine uses the guided material to produce a basic profile of a predetermined shape and continuously discharges the same, and the discharged basic profile is guided to a winding machine, and the winding machine winds the basic profile into a cylindrical shape and joins the side surfaces to produce a synthetic resin pipe.
본 발명은 프로파일성형기의 구조를 개선하여 원소재 뿐만 아니라 폐합성수지 소재를 이용해 견고한 합성수지관을 생산할 수 있도록 한 합성수지관 제조 시스템 및 그 합성수지관을 개시한다.
