본 발명은 흙막이벽의 프리캐스트 외장 패널 시공 방법에 관한 것으로서, 원지반 토사(502)속에 일정 간격으로 수직 매설되는 수개의 엄지말뚝(500)과; 상기 엄지말뚝(500)의 흙막이 터파기 작업으로 전방에 노출된 면에 연접되도록 엄지말뚝(500)간의 내측 사이에 끼움 고정되어 토사 유출을 막는 흙막이 토류판(560)과; 상기 엄지말뚝(500)의 띠장 접합면(510)에 보걸이(630)에 의해 받쳐져 후면 일측이 수평으로 접합 고정되는 띠장(600)과; 상기 띠장(600)의 전면으로 돌출되게 앵커(710)가 고정되도록 설치되는 대좌(700)와; 상기 수개의 엄지말뚝(500)간의 내측 사이에 끼움 고정되어 일차적 토사 유출을 막는 흙막이 토류판(560)을 갖는 흙막이벽 구조체를 설치하고; 상기 프리캐스트 외장 패널(800)의 내부면 일측에는 상하 자유자재하게 가이드되는 길이방향 가이드홈(810)이 형성되어, 상기 탄성 턴버클(830)의 고리(831a)에 끼워져 고정된 내부방향 연결편(832)이 엄지말뚝(500) 전면 띠장 접합면(510)의 일측에 고정된 상태에서, 탄성 턴버클(830)의 반대쪽 고리(831b)에 끼워져 고정된 외부방향 연결편(833)에 고정된 상태로 스프링(835)이 당겨져 늘어난 반작용으로 내부 방향 탄성력(F)에 의해 상기 프리캐스트 외장 패널(800)의 길이방향 가이드홈(810)에 끼워져, 상기 프리캐스트 외장 패널(800)을 엄지말뚝(500) 전면 띠장 접합면(510)에 빠지지 않도록 신속하게 체결 고정 지지하고;상기 프리캐스트 외장 패널(800)의 내부면 일측 매입 너트(820)에 볼트 고정되는 금속재로 된 제2 외부방향 연결편(836)과 상기 제2 외부방향 연결편(836)의 내측방향의 금속재로 된 띠장(600)의 전면 사이에서 보조 연결봉(840)의 양단을 용접해, 상기 프리캐스트 외장 패널(800)이 금속재로 된 띠장(600)의 전면에 빠지지 않도록 고정하고;상기 흙막이 토류판(560)과 프리캐스트 외장 패널(800)의 사이에 내장 콘크리트(900)를 채워 양생하는 방법이다. 따라서, 엄지말뚝(500)의 매입 너트에 고정된 내부방향 연결편(832)에 대응하는 정위치에 외부방향 연결편(833)이 위치하지 않고 아래쪽 위치에 있더라도 즉, 각도가 맞지 않아도 탄성 턴버클(830)에 의해 쉽게 상하 자유자재하게 가이드되는 길이방향 가이드홈(810)에 손쉽게 연결되어 엄지말뚝(500) 전면 띠장 접합면(510)에 빠지지 않도록 신속하게 체결 고정 설치되어 시공 속도가 빠른 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a construction structure for a precast exterior panel of a soil retaining wall, and a construction method thereof. According to the present invention, the construction structure for a precast exterior panel of a soil retaining wall comprises: several thumb piles (500) vertically buried at regular intervals in original ground soil (502); a soil retaining plate (560) fitted and fixed between the inner sides of the thumb piles (500) to be connected to a surface exposed to the front side by excavation work for the thumb piles (500) to prevent soil leakage; a wale (600) supported by a bracket (630) on a wale joint surface (510) of the thumb pile (500) such that one side of the rear side of the wale is joined and fixed horizontally; a pedestal (700) installed so that an anchor (710) is fixed to protrude toward the front surface of the wale (600); a precast exterior panel (800) made of concrete material, spaced at regular intervals to the outside of the soil retaining plate (560) to cover the pedestal (700), and coupled and fixed to one side of the front surface of the thumb pile (500) with several elastic turnbuckles (830) to be stacked in a plurality of stages; and embedded concrete (900) poured and cured between the soil retaining plate (560) and the precast exterior panel (800). Accordingly, the construction structure provides effects of being easily and quickly connected by pulling the elastic turnbuckle (830) even if the distance between the precast exterior panel (800) and the thumb pile (500) is long, and preventing the precast exterior panel (800) from being removed because the spring (835) having an inward elastic force (F) resisting a compressive force absorbs the shock even when the compressive force or the like caused by an external force is transmitted to the precast exterior panel (800).
