본 발명은 조성면에 습지 형성을 위한 공간 둘레에 돌출되도록 설치되는 방수엣지; 상기 방수엣지 상에 가장자리가 고정됨으로써, 상기 방수엣지의 내측에 방수되는 공간을 형성하도록 하는 방수시트; 상기 방수시트 상에 설치되어 저수를 위한 저수부를 형성하도록 하는 골재; 상기 저수부에 급수를 위한 펌핑력을 제공하는 펌프; 상기 펌프로부터 급수되는 물을 상기 저수부에 공급하도록 설치되고, 급수를 개폐시키도록 제 1 밸브가 설치되는 제 1 배관; 상기 저수부에 설치되고, 수위를 측정하여 감지신호로 출력하는 수위센서; 및 상기 수위센서의 감지신호를 수신받아 상기 펌프 및 상기 제 1 밸브를 제어하여 상기 저수부의 수위를 조절하는 제어부;를 포함하도록 한 옥상 녹화 습지 서식처 자동 관리 시스템에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 도시 녹화에 있어서, 육상비오톱뿐만 아니라, 수생비오톱의 구현에 의해, 식생되는 식물의 다양성을 제공할 수 있고, 친환경적이면서 다채로운 휴식 공간을 제공할 수 있으며, 방수공법의 신뢰성 확보와 함께 시공의 용이성을 제공할 수 있고, 경제적인 시공이 이루어지도록 할 수 있으며, 유지 및 관리의 편의성을 제공할 수 있고, 식생에 유용한 데이터의 제공을 통해 식생 효율을 극대화시키도록 하는 효과를 가진다.
The present invention relates to an automatic management system for a rooftop green wetland habitat, which includes: a waterproof edge installed so as to protrude around a space for wetland formation on a making surface; a waterproof sheet forming a waterproof space inside the waterproof edge by fixing an edge on the waterproof edge; aggregate installed on the waterproof sheet to form a water storage portion for water storage; a pump providing pumping force for water supply to the water storage portion; a first pipe installed to supply water from the pump to the water storage portion and having a first valve for water supply switching; a water level sensor installed in the water storage portion, performing water level measurement, and outputting a detection signal; and a control unit receiving the detection signal from the water level sensor and controlling the pump and the first valve to adjust the water level of the water storage portion. According to the present invention, in urban greening, diversity in terms of vegetation can be provided by realizing an aquatic biotope as well as a terrestrial biotope and it is possible to provide various eco-friendly rest areas. In addition, a reliable waterproofing method can be ensured, construction can be facilitated and performed in an economical manner, repair and maintenance can be performed with convenience, and vegetation efficiency can be maximized by providing useful vegetation data.
