이 건 발명은 슬라이드 도어용 프레임 체결구조에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여, 이 건 발명은 도어 가로 프레임과 도어 세로 프레임이 체결구에 의하여 서로 직각방향으로 체결되게 구비된 슬라이드 도어용 프레임 체결구조에 있어서, 상기 체결구는 가로 장홀을 갖는 가로 체결편과 세로 장홀을 갖는 세포 체결편이 직각방향으로 구비된 체결 몸체로 구비되어지고, 상기 체결 몸체는 상부에 상기 가로 장홀과 세로 장홀에 연통되는 상부 삽입홀이 구비되어지고, 상기 가로 장홀에 요부형 고리를 갖는 고정편이 삽입되어지고, 상기 상부 삽입홀에 철부형 고리를 갖는 세로 삽입편이 구비된 브라켓이 삽입되어지고, 상기 고정편의 요부형 고리에 세로 삽입편의 철부형 고리가 걸려지게 구비되고, 상기 세로 삽입편과 상부 삽입홀이 언록킹 체결구에 의하여 언록킹 가능하게 체결됨을 특징으로 한다. 따라서, 이 건 발명은 슬라이드 도어의 고하중으로 인하여 체결구로부터 도어 가로 프레임 또는 도어 세로 프레임이 분리되는 것을 방지하는 가운데 로울러에 변형이 발생되었을 경우, 로울러와 교체가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 한 것이다.
The present invention relates to a frame fastening structure for a slide door and, more specifically, to a frame fastening structure for a slide door, wherein a door horizontal frame and a door vertical frame are fastened by means of a fastener in a direction perpendicular to each other. The fastener is provided as a fastening body in which a horizontal fastening piece with a horizontal elongated hole and a vertical fastening piece with a vertical elongated hole are provided in a perpendicular direction. The fastening body has an upper insertion hole provided at the upper portion to communicate with the horizontal elongated hole and the vertical elongated hole. A fixing piece with a concave hook is inserted into the horizontal elongated hole. A bracket with a vertical insertion piece provided with a convex hook is inserted into the upper insertion hole. The convex hook of the vertical insertion piece is provided to be latched at the concave hook of the fixing piece. The vertical insertion piece and the upper insertion hole are fastened to be capable of being unlocked by an unlocking fastener. Therefore, according to the present invention, in case a middle roller, which prevents the separation of the door horizontal frame or the door vertical frame from the fastener, is deformed by the high load of the slide door, the replacement of the roller may be easily performed.
