In accordance with the present invention, provided is a sludge collector waterway cover for a sewage treatment plant, wherein the sludge collector waterway cover (100) has a settling reservoir (10) comprising a planarly circular bottom plate installed in a sewage treatment plant or a water purification plant and a side wall (11) on the outside of the bottom plate, and a planarly circular waterway (20) formed on the side wall (11) of the settling reservoir (10) with a concave groove such that supernatant from which solid pollutants have been separated can overflow in an upper layer of water reserved in the settling reservoir, wherein a discharge pipe (21) is connected to the waterway (20) to cause the overflowing supernatant to be discharged to the outside of the settling reservoir, and a plurality of cover parts (110) are installed to suppress the generation of moss by blocking light which is a cause for photosynthesis of the discharged supernatant, and allow the upper surface of the waterway (20) to be opened and closed during inspection and cleaning of the waterway. The waterway cover (100) comprises: an outer support member (140) formed in an inner surface part of an outer wall (21) of the waterway (20) to support an upper frame (121) of the outer frame (120); an overflow weir (150) wrapping the inside of the concave groove of the waterway (20) with a corrosion-resistance steel material; and an inner support member (160) coupled with a settling reservoir-side end of the overflow weir (150) and coupled with the cover parts (110) at a predetermined height, and comprising a hinge rotated to enable the cover parts (110) to be opened upward. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving the quality of effluent and enhancing worker safety.
본 발명은 하수처리장 또는 정수장 내에 설치된 평면상 원형의 저판 및 저판 외곽의 측벽(11)로 구성되는 침전지(10)와, 상기 침전지내 저류수 상층부에는 고형 오염물이 분리된 상등수가 월류할 수 있도록 상기 침전지 측벽(11)에는 오목홈을 구비한 평면상 환형(環形)의 수로(20)가 형성되고, 상기 수로(20)에는 배출관(21)이 연결되어 월류된 상등수가 침전지 외부로 배출되며, 배출되는 상등수 광합성의 요인인 빛을 차단하여 이끼가 발생되는 것을 지연시키고, 수로의 검점시와 청소 시에 수로(20)의 상부면을 개폐할 수 있도록 설치되는 다수개의 덮개부(110)로 이루어진 하수처리장 슬러지수집기 수로 커버(100)에 있어서, 상기 수로 커버 장치(100)는 상기 수로(20)의 외측벽(21) 내면부에는 상기 외측프레임(120)의 상측프레임(121)이 지지되도록 하는 외측지지부재(140)와, 상기 수로(20)의 오목홈 내부를 내부식성 강재로 감싸는 월류웨어(150)와, 상기 월류웨어(150) 침전지측 단부에 결합되며 일정높이를 가지며 덮개부(110)와 결합되고, 덮개부(110)가 상부 쪽으로 개방될 수 있도록 회전할 수 있는 힌지를 이루어진 내측지지부재(160)로 이루어진 하수처리장 슬러지수집기 수로 커버를 제공한다.
