Brush unit for road sweepers with damage prevention device
The present invention relates to a brush unit for a road sweeper with a breakage prevention device applied, and more particularly, to a new concept technology that allows a cleaning worker to conveniently clean by easily attaching the brush to a road curb through a function that prevents the breakage of the brush unit. The brush unit disclosed in the past is used for cleaning by attaching it close to the road curb. However, it is difficult to attach it close to the curb due to concerns about the breakage of the brush unit mounted on the vehicle, and when the vehicle tries to attach it close to the curb, the brush unit collides with the curb and is damaged. In particular, when the brush is operated by an electric motor, not only the motor but also the motor driver is damaged. The present invention is a measure to eliminate this problem, and when the brush unit approaches the curb to the extent that it is damaged, the curb detection sensor detects the curb and then the brush lifting cylinder is operated. Therefore, the brush unit is automatically raised, so that damage to the brush unit can be prevented in advance.
본 발명은 파손방지장치가 적용된 노면청소차용 브러쉬유닛에 관한 것으로, 특히 브러쉬유닛의 파손을 방지하는 기능을 통해 청소 작업자가 브러쉬를 도로의 연석에 쉽게 붙여서 청소를 편리하게 시행하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 브러쉬유닛은 도로의 연석에 가까이 붙여 청소를 해야는데, 차량에 장착된 브러쉬유닛의 파손이 우려되어 연석에 가까이 붙이기가 힘들고, 차량을 연석에 가까이 붙이려다 브러쉬유닛이 연석에 부딪혀 파손되며, 특히 전기 모터로 브러쉬를 작동하는 경우에는 모터는 물론이며 모터 드라이버까지 파손되는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 브러쉬유닛이 파손될 정도로 연석에 근접하면 연석 감지센서가 연석을 감지한 후 브러쉬 승강실린더를 작동하여 자동으로 브러쉬유닛을 상승시켜 브러쉬유닛의 파손을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
