본 발명은 친환경 흡차음 방음패널에 관한 것으로, 경량 골재와 폐고무를 활용하여 흡차음 방음패널을 구성함으로써, 친환경적이고, 가벼우며, 방음성을 향상시킬 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 원료를 압출 성형하여 제조된 패널을 사용하므로 인해, 현장 타설이 필요 없어 시공이 용이하고 나아가, 현장 폐기물을 발생시키지 않도록 구성되다.
