According to the present invention, a tilt-only link, which is positioned between an arm and a bucket in an excavator to control the rotation of the bucket, comprises: a tilt rotation body positioned on the bucket and coupled with the bucket; a tilt reference body coupled to the tilt rotation body and the arm on the tilt rotation body; and a tilting power generator positioned on one side of the tilt rotation body and the tilt reference body and coupled to the tilt rotation body and the tilt reference body.
