DECELERATION CONTROL UNIT IN ROLL SCREEN MECHANISM
The present invention relates to an opening/closing control deceleration unit for a roll screen instrument. The deceleration unit (100) comprises: a drive tube (20) guided and taken out by a body tube (10) to fix a winding shaft (SF) having a return spring (RS) on a free end unit for applying a restoration force for winding a screen (RS) on the roll screen instrument (R); a cylinder tube (30) forming a gear ratchet engagement relation with the drive tube (20) and performing a deceleration operation; and a piston bar (40) inserted into the cylinder tube (30) and performing the oil damping deceleration. The drive tube (20), the cylinder tube (30), and the piston bar (40) are mutually inserted to configure the deceleration unit (100). The application and cancellation of the deceleration force granted to the winding shaft (SF) when the screen is being taken out or blocked by the drive tube (20), the cylinder tube (30), and the piston bar (40) is conducted by the selective application of the compression damping of working fluid by the cylinder tube (30) and the piston bar (40) along with a ratchet instrument discharged between the drive tube (20) and the cylinder tube (30) in a circumferential direction toward an axial direction of the winding shaft (SF). Therefore, the risk of screen damage and user injury can be removed.
본 발명은 롤스크린기구의 개폐제어 감속유니트에 관한 것으로서, 롤스크린기구(R)에서 스크린(RS)을 권취하기 위하여 복원력의 인가를 위한 리턴스프링(RS)을 가지는 권취샤프트(SF)를 자유단부에서 고정하도록 바디튜브(10)에 의하여 가이드인출되는 드라이브튜브(20), 상기 드라이브튜브(20)와 기어래칫 결합관계를 형성하여 감속작동을 수행하는 실린더튜브(30), 상기 실린더튜브(30) 내방에 끼움되어 오일댐핑감속을 수행하는 피스톤바아(40)를 상호 삽입되어 구성되는 감속유니트(100)에 있어서, 상기 드라이브튜브(20)와 실린더튜브(30) 및 피스톤바아(40)에 의하여 수행되는 상기 스크린(RS)의 인출 및 폐색 시의 상기 권취샤프트(SF)에 부여하는 감속력의 인가 및 해제는; 상기 드라이브튜브(20)와 실린더튜브(30) 사이에서 상기 권취샤프트(SF)의 축방향에 대하여 원주방향으로 배설되는 래칫기구와, 상기 실린더튜브(30)와 피스톤바아(40)에 의한 작동오일의 압축댐핑의 선택적인 인가로써 수행되는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an opening/closing control deceleration unit for a roll screen instrument.
