Adapter-type through-socket for sewage pipe sleeves
The present invention relates to an adapter-type socket fixing frame for a sewage and wastewater pipe sleeve. A technical gist of the present invention is to insert a one-touch insertion-type socket fixing frame from above and below into a through-type sleeve (a hollow body embedded in concrete of each layer to provide penetration of a water pipe) provided as a connecting passage for a water pipe (sewage and wastewater pipe) and then rotate the same in one direction so that the fastening is completed immediately. The socket fixing frame is an adapter for connecting a plurality of water pipes separated into upper and lower layers, and is provided with a holder port having a support protrusion on the upper side. Thus, the present invention can greatly improve the constructability and productivity by simple and quick workability.
본 발명은 하수,오수관 슬리브용 어댑터형 소켓 고정틀에 관한 것이다. 이에 본 발명의 기술적 요지는 수관(하수, 오수관)의 연결통로로 구비된 관통형 슬리브(각 층별 콘크리트에 매립되어 수관의 관통을 제공하는 중공체)에 원터치 삽입형 소켓 고정틀을 위에서 아래로 끼워 넣은 후 일방향 회전시키면 즉시 체결이 완료되도록 하는 것으로, 이러한 소켓 고정틀은 상하층으로 분리된 복수의 수관을 연결하는 어댑터로서, 상측에 받침턱을 갖는 홀더포트가 구비되고, 하측에 익스텐셔 파이프가 구비되어 종전 관통형 슬리브의 단점(수관의 지지고정을 위한 체결브라켓과 볼트 부속 및 기타 작업공구나 연장 등이 필요했음 이는 제조원가 상승과 작업성, 체결성, 생산성 저하 발생)을 원천 해소하도록 하되, 장점(슬리브 자체가 파손되더라도 통로 역할을 지속적으로 유지할 수 있음)만 보장할 수 있도록 함은 물론 이음형 슬리브의 장점(분리된 수관을 잇는 구조로서 상하층 작업성이 용이-단점은 훼손이나 파손시 교환교체가 불가능함)까지 도입할 수 있도록 하는 바, 이는 복합적인 기능성이 구현되도록 함은 물론 부수적인 부자재의 사용이 원천 생략되어 제조원가 절감에 따른 경제성이 크게 개선되며, 간단하고 신속한 작업성에 의해 시공성과 생산성(공기단축)이 크게 향상되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한, 본 발명의 익스텐션 파이프는 설계사양에 따라 길이를 가변 조절하면서 생산한 후 홀더포트에 접합하여 사용하도록 하는 바, 이는 유동적인 적용과 함께 유연한 생산(맞춤제작) 및 및 시공작업이 가능하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to an adapter-type socket fixing frame for a sewage and wastewater pipe sleeve.
