본 발명은 토글스위치 방식의 수동핸들 조립체에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 안방과 발코니 사이의 분합창(테라스 포함)은 물론 각종 도어에 적용되어 도어를 열고 나간 후 닫았을 때 자동으로 문이 잠겨 갇히는 사고를 방지하고, 필요시에는 실내측에서 간단하게 잠금시킬 수 있도록 개선된 토글스위치 방식의 수동핸들 조립체에 관한 것이다.
