The present invention relates to a fireproof filler-integrated sleeve for fixing a standing pipe. The present invention relates to a fireproof filler-integrated sleeve (100) for fixing a standing pipe, comprising: a sleeve body (110) installed on the floor between floors of a building and having an upper pipe (10) and a lower pipe (20) fixed and installed at the upper and lower parts, respectively; a fireproof filler insertion hole (111) formed at the lower part of the sleeve body (110) and used to assemble and install a fireproof filler (150); the fireproof filler (150) assembled into the fireproof filler insertion hole (111) and a foamed fireproof material that foams in the event of a fire to provide heat and flame retardant properties; and a lower packing and pipe insertion hole (112) formed at the lower part of the sleeve body (110) and used to assemble and install a lower rubber packing (145) and a lower pipe (20). The present invention enables the fireproof filling to be performed without additional work during concrete pouring by integrally binding the sleeve body and the fireproof filler to significantly improve the quality and reliability of a sleeve product, thereby satisfying the various needs of users (workers) and creating a good image.
본 발명은 입상배관 고정용 내화충전재 일체형 슬리브에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이를 위해 입상배관 고정용 내화충전재 일체형 슬리브(100)에 관한 것으로, 건축물의 층간 바닥에 설치되며, 상하부에 각각 상부배관(10)과 하부배관(20)을 고정 설치하는 슬리브몸체(110); 슬리브몸체(110)의 하부에 형성되어 내화충전재(150)를 조립 설치하는 내화충전재삽입홀(111); 내화충전재삽입홀(111)에 조립되며, 화재 발생시 발포하여 차열, 차염 성능을 갖는 발포성 내화재인 내화충전재(150); 및 슬리브몸체(110)의 하부에 형성되어 하부고무패킹(145)과 하부배관(20)을 조립 설치하는 하부패킹 및 배관삽입홀(112);이 포함됨을 특징으로 하는 입상배관 고정용 내화충전재 일체형 슬리브를 제공한다. 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 슬리브몸체와 내화충전재가 일체형으로 묶여 콘크리트 타설시 부가 작업 없이 내화충전이 가능하도록 한 것이고, 이로 인해 슬리브 제품의 품질과 신뢰성을 대폭 향상시키므로 사용자인 작업자들의 다양한 욕구(니즈)를 충족시켜 좋은 이미지를 심어줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
