APPARATUS FOR WASHING CONCRETE RESIDUES IN THE HOPPER OF A CONCRETE PUMP TRUCK
The present invention relates to a residual concrete treatment device that removes residual concrete from a hopper (120) for the next pouring operation after completion of the pouring operation of pouring the concrete in the hopper (120) of a concrete pump truck (100). The configuration of the residual concrete treatment device is as follows. A discharge port (121) is provided in the hopper (120) to discharge residual concrete in the hopper (120). The residual concrete in the hopper (120) is sucked in and discharged by a residual concrete discharge pump (130), such as a sand pump. To ensure that the residual concrete being sucked into a suction port (131) side by the residual concrete discharge pump (130) is smoothly sucked in and smoothly discharged from the discharge port (121), water is supplied to a connection pipe (123) connected to the suction port (131) and a discharge pipe (135) connected to the discharge port (132) through a first water supply pipe (133) and a third water supply pipe (139), respectively. At the leading end of the discharge port (121), compressed air from a compressed air tank (137) is injected to assist in the smooth discharge of the residual concrete. Within the connection pipe (123) is installed a residual concrete quantitative feeding screw (150), which is coaxially connected to an impeller (153) of the residual concrete discharge pump (130) and rotates with the impeller (153) to feed a predetermined amount of residual concrete being sucked into the connection pipe (123) into the suction port (131) of the residual concrete discharge pump (130).
본 발명은 콘크리트 펌프 트럭(100)의 호퍼(120) 내의 콘크리트를 타설하는 타설 작업 종료후, 다음 타설 작업을 위하여 호퍼(120)에서 잔류 콘크리트를 제거하는 잔류 콘크리트 처리장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 호퍼(120) 내의 잔류 콘크리트를 배출하기 위하여 호퍼(120)에 배출구(121)를 마련하고, 호퍼(120) 내의 잔류 콘크리트를 샌드 펌프와 같은 잔류 콘크리트 배출 펌프(130)로 흡입하여 배출하며, 상기 잔류 콘크리트 배출 펌프(130)에 의해 흡입구(131)측으로 흡입되는 잔류 콘크리트가 원활하게 흡입되어 배출구(121)에서 원활하게 배출되도록 흡입구(131)에 연결된 연결관(123)과, 토출구(132)에 연결된 배출관(135)에 각각 제1 물공급관(133)과 제3 물공급관(139)을 통하여 물을 공급하고, 상기 배출구(121)의 선단에는 압축공기 탱크(137)의 압축공기를 주입하여 잔류 콘크리트를 원활하게 배출하게 도와주고, 상기 연결관(123) 안에는 잔류 콘크리트 배출 펌프(130)의 임펠러(153)에 동축으로 연결되어 임펠러(153)와 함께 회전하면서 상기 연결관(123) 안으로 흡입되는 잔류 콘크리트를 정해진 양만큼 씩 잔류 콘크리트 배출 펌프(130)의 흡입구(131) 안으로 공급하는 잔류 콘크리트 정량 공급 스크류(150)가 설치된다.
