MODULAR UNIT FOR PUBLIC BUILDING CONSTRUCTION AND PUBLIC BUILDING CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME
One embodiment of the present invention relates to a modular unit for public building construction and a method for constructing a public building using the same, which can be constructed more quickly and sturdily, in a form of a school, office, guest room, etc. where a large number of people can use a large number of rooms that are separated from each other, and which can be assembled at a construction site by modularizing and manufacturing guest rooms, hallways, and support structures. The public building construction method of the present invention may include a step of arranging a plurality of steel plates on a flat ground; a step of arranging an H beam on top of the steel plates; and a step of measuring an assembly position of a modular unit.
본 발명의 일실시예는 학교, 사무실, 객실 등 다수의 인원이 서로 구분된 다수개의 방을 사용할 수 있는 형태의 공용 건물을 보다 빠르고 견고하게 시공할 수 있도록, 모듈화되어 제작 객실들과 복도, 지지구조 등을 건축 현장에서 조립할 수 있는, 공용 건물 시공용 모듈러 유닛 및 그를 이용한 공용 건물 시공 방법에 관한 것이다.
