The present invention relates to a freeze prevention system for a fire-fighting water supply pipe in an apartment complex, and more specifically to the freeze prevention system for a fire-fighting water pipe in an apartment complex for preventing a fire-fighting water supply pipe installed in an apartment complex or office building, etc., supplying fire-fighting water in an event of a fire, and preventing freezing due to winter temperatures. To this end, the present invention is characterized by including: a heating wire that is wired inside the fire-fighting water supply pipe and generates heat while operating through an authorized power source; a protection pipe that is installed inside the fire-fighting water supply pipe to protect the heating wire from water inside the fire-fighting water supply pipe; a handling that is fixedly installed while wrapping around the outer surface of the protection pipe and has a handle projection formed on the outer surface thereof that protrudes outward; and a support module that is installed inside the fire-fighting water supply pipe and has a fixing member that protrudes toward the inner surface of the fire-fighting water supply pipe by the handling.
본 발명은 공동주택 소방용수 공급용 파이프의 동파방지 시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 공동주택 또는 오피스 빌딩 등에 설치되어 화재시 소방용수를 공급하는 소방용수 공급용 파이프가 겨울철 온도로 인한 동파 발생을 방지하기 위한 공동주택 소방용수 공급용 파이프의 동파방지 시스템에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 본 발명은, 소방용수 공급용 파이프의 내부에 배선되며, 인가된 전원을 통해 작동하면서 발열하는 전열선; 상기 전열선을 상기 소방용수 공급용 파이프 내부의 물로부터 보호하기 위하여 상기 소방용수 공급용 파이프 내부에 설치되는 보호관; 상기 보호관의 외면을 감싸며 고정 설치되고, 외주면에 외측으로 돌출된 핸들돌기가 형성된 핸들링; 상기 소방용수 공급용 파이프의 내부에 설치되며 상기 핸들링에 의해 상기 소방용수 공급용 파이프의 내주면측으로 돌출되는 고정부재가 구비된 서포트모듈;을 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
