A method of constructing an apartment complex that can reduce noise generated internally is disclosed. The method of constructing an apartment complex, which is an apartment construction method to reduce transmitted noise, comprises the processes of: forming a support wall and carrying out foundation work to form a flat plate integrally with the support wall; installing an insulator on the top of a flat plate; installing a first noise reduction part formed of a material containing at least one of non-woven fabric and foamed foam on the top of the insulator; installing a second noise reduction part on top of the first noise reduction part, the second noise-reducing part having at least a partially open aperture for discharging thermal energy generated by the vibration of the air therein to the outside when the air therein is vibrated by sound waves from an outside source; and forming a mortar layer on the top of the second noise reduction part and curing the mortar layer, and installing finishing material on the top of the mortar layer.
내부에서 발생되는 소음을 감소시킬 수 있는 공동주택 시공방법을 개시한다. 공동주택 시공방법은 전달되는 소음의 감소를 위한 공동주택 시공방법으로서, 지지벽체를 형성하고 지지벽체와 일체로 평판을 형성하도록 기초공사를 진행하는 과정과, 평판의 상부에 인슐레이터를 설치하는 과정과, 부직포와 발포 폼 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 재질로 형성된 제1 소음감소부를 인슐레이터의 상부에 설치하는 과정과, 외부에서 유입된 음파에 의해 그 내부의 공기가 진동될 경우 공기의 진동으로 인해 발생된 열에너지를 외측으로 배출시키도록 적어도 일부가 개방된 개방구를 가지는 제2 소음감소부를 제1 소음감소부의 상부에 설치하는 과정과, 제2 소음감소부의 상부에 몰탈층을 형성하고 몰탈층을 양생하는 과정 및 몰탈층의 상부에 마감재를 설치하는 과정을 포함한다.
