The present invention provides a technical idea including: a mobility unit that drives on a road and selectively sprays deicing agent on the road; a position information unit that confirms predetermined movement information from the mobility unit within a predetermined period of time and confirms a predetermined work location through location information and a vehicle movement speed through movement information; an imaging unit that receives image information on the road from the mobility unit and recognizes predetermined lane information and the driving lane of the mobility unit from the mobility unit; and an integrated control unit that receives information from the imaging unit and calculates a deicing agent spraying location suitable for the lane width where the mobility unit is located based on the road information and location information of the mobility unit and causes the mobility unit to spray deicing agent. Thus, the present invention can receive GPS web-based information and confirm the work location of the vehicle and the location of the snow removal operation.
