The present invention relates to a method of constructing a walking trail that simultaneously performs as a walkway and improves health when walking barefoot. According to the present invention, the method of constructing a walking trail comprises: a soil mixture manufacturing step of mixing different soils to produce a soil mixture; a leveling step of excavating and leveling the ground; and a trail formation step of placing the soil mixture on the ground to form a walkway.
본 발명은 산책로를 조성함과 동시에 맨발로 보행할 경우 건강을 증진시킬 수 있도록 한 산책로 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 서로 다른 흙을 혼합하여 흙혼합물을 제조하는 흙혼합물 제조단계; 지면을 굴토하고 평탄화시키는 평탄화단계; 및 지면에 흙혼합물을 포설하여 산책로를 형성하는 산책로 형성단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
