본 발명은 양쪽성 금속 산화물 나노 입자가 부착된 그래핀 산화물을 포함하는 유전 세라믹스의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 상기 양쪽성 금속 산화물 나노 입자가 부착된 그래핀 산화물을 유전 세라믹스에 첨가하여 사용함으로써 양쪽성 금속 이온이 결정립계에 위치하게 하여, 환원 분위기를 갖는 소결 환경에서도 높은 신뢰성을 가지는 MLCC의 제조가 가능한 장점이 있다.
