Leg and Hull Fixation System for Jack-up Rigs
The present invention provides a leg and hull fixation device for a jack-up rig, which comprises a fixing bracket provided on a hull, a fixed body having a fixed gear tooth that is rotatably shaft-coupled to the fixing bracket and gear-coupled to a rack gear of the leg, and a brake means provided on the fixing bracket and selectively restraining the rotational movement of the fixed body. In particular, the leg and hull fixation device for a jack-up rig of the present invention implements precise position fixing without deformation or damage of the position after a lifting operation on the hull so that usage quality thereof can be improved, and also a fixing pressure on the leg can be firmly maintained.
본 발명은, 헐(HULL)에 대한 승강작업 후, 그 위치의 변형 및 손상없이 정밀한 위치고정을 구현하여 사용품질을 향상시킴은 물론, 특히, 레그에 대한 고정압력을 확고히 유지하도록; 헐(HULL)에 구비된 고정브라켓과, 상기 고정브라켓에 회전운동가능하게 축결합되며 레그의 랙기어에 기어결합되는 고정기어치가 구비된 고정몸체와, 상기 고정브라켓에 구비되며 상기 고정몸체의 회전운동을 선택적으로 구속하도록 된 브레이크수단을 포함하여 구성된 잭업리그용 레그 및 선체 고정장치를 제공한다.
