The present invention discloses an anti-lock button type handle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the handle capable of maintaining a door unlocking state so that a door is not converted into a door locking state automatically when a user operates the door by using a handle. The anti-lock button type handle includes: a body frame including a first opening and a second opening, which are formed at intervals on one surface; a handle unit arranged on one side of the body frame; a rotation unit including a rotary body unit having one side formed to protrude to be connected to the handle unit by penetrating the first opening, a first protrusion unit formed to protrude from the other side of the rotary body unit, and a first accommodation area defined by the first protrusion unit; a spin unit including a spin shaft unit, a connection body unit connected to one end of the spin shaft unit and formed to be connected while being opposite to the other side of the rotary body unit, a second protrusion unit protruding from one side of the connection body unit and arranged in the first accommodation area, and a stepped unit formed in the connection body unit to be concave to the inner side; a locking unit including a fixing body unit, which is formed on the inner side of the body frame in the shape that can be connected to the stepped unit, and a button guide unit formed on the inner side of the fixing body unit to be concave diagonally; and a button unit including a button unit connected to the second opening, a button connection unit protruding from one side of the outer circumference of the button unit and formed in the shape that can be connected to the button guide unit, and a button spring unit protruding an elastic force for the button unit.
본 발명은 잠금방지 버튼형 핸들을 개시한다. 잠금방지 버튼형 핸들은, 일면 상에 서로 이격되어 형성된 제1 개구부 및 제2 개구부를 포함하는 바디 프레임, 상기 바디 프레임의 일측에 배치되는 핸들 유닛, 상기 제1 개구부를 관통하여 상기 핸들 유닛에 결합되도록 일측이 돌출 형성되는 회전바디부와, 상기 회전바디부의 타측 상에 돌출 형성된 제1 돌출부와, 상기 제1 돌출부에 의해 정의되는 제1 수용 영역을 포함하는 회전 유닛, 스핀축부와, 상기 스핀축부의 일단에 연결되고 상기 회전바디부의 타측과 마주보며 결합되도록 형성된 결합바디부와, 상기 결합바디부의 일측으로 돌출 형성되며 상기 제1 수용 영역에 배치되는 제2 돌출부와, 상기 결합바디부에서 내측으로 오목하게 형성된 단차부를 포함하는 스핀 유닛, 상기 바디 프레임의 내측에서 상기 단차부에 결합 가능한 형상으로 형성되는 고정바디부와, 상기 고정바디부의 내측에 사선으로 오목하게 형성되는 버튼 가이드부를 포함하는 잠금 유닛 및 상기 제2 개구부에 결합되는 버튼부와, 상기 버튼부의 외주면의 일측 상에 돌출 형성되고 상기 버튼 가이드부에 결합 가능한 형상으로 형성되는 버튼 결합부와, 상기 버튼부에 탄성력을 제공하는 버튼 스프링부를 포함하는 버튼 유닛을 포함한다.
The present invention discloses an anti-lock button type handle. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the handle capable of maintaining a door unlocking state so that a door is not converted into a door locking state automatically when a user operates the door by using a handle.
