The present invention relates to a fixing clip and a wood board and a wood deck fixed by using the same, and more specifically, to a fixing clip and a wood board and a wood deck fixed by using the same, which may minimize the breakage of a perpendicular groove processing unit at which a clip is fixed, and may be more adequately applied to soft wood which severely shrinks and expands depending on the wet condition compared to hard wood. To this end, as for the clip which is coupled between wood plates, the clip shapes a metal plate member of a square shape to respectively construct a reference fixing member and a high-elasticity fixing member, and integrally couple the same. The board thickness of the high-elasticity fixing member is made to be thin compared to the reference fixing member. The reference fixing member forms a first support piece at which a screw fixed at the deck frame is coupled to one side, and forms a first elastic piece fixed to the coupling groove of one side wood plate by bending the extension unit around the first support piece. The high-elasticity fixing member forms a second support piece which is overlapped with the first support piece, and forms a second elastic piece which is fixed at the coupling groove of the other side wood plate by bending the extension unit around the second support piece. The first elastic piece and the second elastic piece are formed in a mutual zigzag shape.
본 발명은 고정 클립 및 이를 이용하여 고정되는 목재판재 및 목재덱에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은, 클립이 고정되는 직각 홈 가공부의 파손을 최소화하면서도 습윤 상태에 따라 수축 팽창이 하드우드보다 심한 소프트우드에 적합하게 적용할 수 있는 고정 클립 및 이를 이용하여 고정되는 목재판재 및 목재덱을 제공함에 있다. 이는 목재플레이트 사이에 결합되는 클립에 있어서, 상기 클립은 사각형 모양의 금속판재를 성형하여 각각 기준고정부재와 고탄성고정부재를 구성하고, 이를 일체로 결합하되, 상기 기준고정부재에 비해 고탄성고정부재의 판재 두께가 얇게 이루어지며, 상기 기준고정부재는, 일측에 데크프레임에 고정되는 나사가 결합되는 제1지지편을 형성하고, 상기 제1지지편을 기준으로 연장부를 절곡하여 일측 목재플레이트의 결합홈에 고정되는 제1탄력편을 형성하며, 상기 고탄성고정부재는, 상기 제1지지편에 겹쳐지는 제2지지편을 형성하고, 상기 제2지지편을 기준으로 연장부를 절곡하여 타측 목재플레이트의 결합홈에 고정되는 제2탄력편을 형성하며, 상기 제1탄력편과 제2탄력편은 상호 지그재그 형태로 이루어지는 것이다.
