본 발명은 공동주택 건축물의 피난기능을 갖춘 난간대 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 어린이 등 소아의 머리 끼임이나 낙상사고를 막고, 빨래 건조시 안전성을 강화시켜 안전사고의 위험을 현저하게 줄이면서 화재 등과 같은 긴급상황 발생시 비상탈출 기능을 수행하도록 개선된 공동주택 건축물의 피난기능을 갖춘 난간대 장치에 관한 것이다.
