The present invention relates to a locking device for an opening and closing sliding water gate. To this end, the locking device for an opening and closing sliding water gate comprises: a rail (130) formed long in a longitudinal direction, and having a lower part buried in the ground of an entrance and an upper part positioned on the same line as the ground to guide conveying rollers (115) so that the conveying rollers roll; a water gate (100) opening and closing the entrance while moving along the rail (130), and blocking rainwater or sewage from flowing into a building or a facility during heavy rain; a water gate drive unit (160) provided on the upper part of the water gate (100) to slide the water gate (100) left and right; and a plurality of water gate locking units (150) provided on one side of the water gate drive unit (160) at regular intervals to support the water gate so that the water gate can withstand water pressure as latch pins (153) are driven into pinholes (159) underground. Therefore, the locking device can keep the entrance open in normal times and can quickly close the entrance when a flood disaster such as a tidal wave or a river flood occurs, thereby preventing flood damage, and particularly can completely block rainwater or sewage from flowing into a building or a facility during heavy rain, thereby completely blocking flood damage such as the loss of property or injuries.
본 발명은 개폐식 슬라이딩 차수문의 락킹장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 이를 위해 하부가 출입구의 지면속에 매설되고, 상부는 지면과 같은 선상으로 위치하여 이송로울러(115)가 굴러가도록 안내해주는 길이 방향으로 길게 형성된 레일(130); 레일(130)을 따라 이동하면서 출입구를 개폐시키고, 집중호우시 우수 또는 하수가 건물이나 시설물 내로 유입되는 것을 차단하는 차수문(100); 차수문(100)의 상부에 구비되며, 차수문(100)을 좌우로 슬라이딩 작동시키는 차수문구동부(160); 및 차수문구동부(160)의 일측에 일정 간격으로 복수개가 구비되며, 래치핀(153)이 땅속 핀홀(159)에 박히므로 차수문을 수압에 견뎌낼 수 있도록 지지해주는 차수문락킹부(150);가 포함된다. 상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명은 평상시에는 출입구를 개방한 상태를 유지하다가 해일이나 하천 범람 등의 수재(水災)가 발생할시 출입구를 신속히 폐쇄하여 수해를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 하고, 특히 집중호우시 우수 또는 하수가 건물이나 시설물 내로 유입되는 것을 완벽히 차단하여 재산상의 손실이나 상해 등과 같은 침수피해를 완벽히 차단할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
