Disclosed is a surface treatment method of a fiber for reinforcing concrete. The surface treatment method of a fiber for reinforcing concrete comprises the following steps of: preparing a chromic acid treatment solution in which potassium dichromate, water, and sulfuric acid are mixed; impregnating a fiber for reinforcing concrete having a hydrophobic surface into the chromic acid treatment solution; washing the fiber for reinforcing concrete after chromic acid treatment is completed; and drying the fiber for reinforcing concrete after the washing is completed.
