본 발명은 폐플라스틱과 폐석분을 재활용한 친환경 복합 인공 석재 제조용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 폐플라스틱, 폐석분 및 플라이 애쉬를 적정비로 사용하여 특정 조건에서 처리함으로써 물리적 특성이 뛰어난 복합 소재를 이용한 폐플라스틱과 폐석분을 재활용한 친환경 복합 인공 석재 제조용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 복합 인공 석재는 FA와 WSP 분말을 첨가하여 굽힘강도와 노치 충격에너지를 개선한 것으로써 이러한 특성을 요하는 소재, 특히 바닥재, 보도 블럭, 데크재, 농수산물 지지대 등에 널리 적용될 수 있다.
