본 발명은 외부의 동력 공급이 없이 극저온 상태를 유지하게끔 하며 구조개선이 이루어진, 항온기능을 가지는 패시브형 항온 컨테이너의 개폐도어의 구조에 관한 것이다. 그의 구성은, 외부박스, 내부박스, 상기 외부박스와 내부박스의 사이에 설치되는 단열부재, 및 보관공간으로의 출입을 위한 개폐도어를 포함하고 있는 패시브형 항온 컨테이너에 있어서, 바닥체의 전방에 직각으로 직립 설치되되 액자 형태의 도어프레임에 힌지 연결되는 것으로서; 외부케이스; 상기 외부케이스의 일면에 포개지도록 결합하여 내부 공간을 형성하는 내부케이스; 상기 외부케이스와 내부케이스에 의해 형성되는 공간에 삽입되는 단열부재; 힌지 연결을 위한 것으로서 일측은 상기 도어프레임에 고정 설치되고 타측은 상기 외부케이스에 고정 설치되는 복수 개의 경첩; 힌지 연결부의 강도 향상을 위하여 상기 외부케이스에 설치되는 도어브래킷;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a structure of an opening and closing door for a passive type constant temperature container with a constant temperature function, which provides an improved structure to maintain an extremely low temperature state without the driving force supply from the outside. In particular, the passive type constant temperature container according to the present invention comprises: an outer box (1); an inner box (3); an insulation member installed between the outer box (1) and the inner box (3); and an opening and closing door (7) for the entry to a storage space. The present invention is perpendicularly erected at the front side of a bottom body (8) while being hinge-coupled to a door frame (9) in a frame shape, and is characterized by comprising: an outer case (11); an inner case (13) which is coupled to be overlapped with one surface of the outer case (11) to form an inner space; an insulation member which is inserted into a space formed by the outer case (11) and the inner case (13); a plurality of hinges (14) which are provided for connecting a hinge, and of which one side is fixedly installed at the door frame (9) and the other side is fixedly installed at the outer case (11); and a door bracket (31) which is installed at the outer case (11) for improving strength of the hinge connection portion.
