The present invention relates to an antibacterial and antifungal interior finishing material which has water absorbing and waterproofing functions implemented through a plurality of holes or lines bored on a board and includes nonwoven fabric impregnated with a water-soluble antibacterial and antifungal agent in a dry state on the rear surface, thereby preventing the generation and spread of virus, bacteria and fungi that may propagate in a construction finishing material and indoors; and to a manufacturing method of the antibacterial and antifungal interior finishing material.
