One embodiment of the present invention provides a manufacturing method of a latex composition for cement concrete, which comprises the following steps of: (a) manufacturing copolymer latex by polymerizing a mixture containing an aromatic vinyl monomer and a conjugated diene monomer; and (b) adding a nonionic emulsifier to a product of the step (a) for polymerization, wherein the nonionic emulsifier is a polyoxyethylene-based compound.
