본 발명은 건축건물의 콘크리트벽체에 형성된 창문설치면에 설치되어 실내방향의 창틀샤시프레임의 외측면에서 발생되어 흘러내리는 결로수를 배출하도록 창틀샤시프레임용 공틀에 다수개로 형성된 수직수평결합공에 후방유입공과 전방배출공이 형성된 배수관삽입체로 구비된 배수부재로 창틀샤시프레임의 실내방향에서 발생된 결로수가 창틀샤시프레임의 하부에 설치된 창틀샤시프레임용 공틀에 설치된 수직수평결합공들에 배수관삽입체를 각각 설치하여 이 배수관삽입체로 겨울철에 온도차로 실내방향의 창틀샤시프레임에서 발생되는 결로수를 용이하고 신속하게 배출하여서 결로수로 인해 실내방향의 창틀샤시프레임 및 콘크리트벽체에 결로현상을 방지하고 이 결로현상방지로 실내방향의 창틀샤시프레임 및 콘크리트벽체에 세균번식과 곰팡이번식을 원초적으로 방지하도록 한 배수부재가 설치된 창틀샤시프레임용 공틀 및 배수부재가 설치된 창틀샤시프레임용 공틀 설치방법에 관한 것이다.
