One embodiment of the present invention relates to a door lock mortise which comprises: a housing; a latch bolt which protrudes to the outside of the housing, and maintains a door in a closed state; a latch operating member which controls the movement of the latch bolt; a dead bolt which protrudes to the outside of the housing, to lock the door or to be inserted into the inside to unlock the door; and a latch fixing member which controls the operation of the latch operating member according to the protrusion or insertion of the dead bolt. The latch fixing member includes: a locking pin which moves according to the protrusion and insertion of the dead bolt; and an elastic member which applies elastic force to the locking pin.
