DOOR HINGE
본 발명은 도어 힌지에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도어의 열림 또는 닫힘 동작 시, 댐퍼로 인해 서서히 열리거나 닫히도록 할 수 있는 도어 힌지에 관한 것이다.이를 위해 본 발명은 도어가 마련된 기구의 본체에 설치되는 암; 상기 도어에 설치되는 것으로, 상기 암과 힌지축으로 연결되어 회동되고, 일측에 구비되는 제1 개구부와 타측에 구비되는 제2 개구부를 포함하는 하우징; 상기 하우징 내부에서 상기 제1 개구부에 핀으로 연결되어 구비되는 것으로, 상기 암과 링크축으로 연결되어 직선 이동되고, 상기 제2 개구부와 핀으로 연결되는 제3 개구부를 포함하는 링크; 스프링 레버와 상기 스프링 레버에 끼워진 메인 스프링을 포함하고, 상기 링크와 핀으로 연결되는 메인 스프링부재; 및 상기 링크 내부에 구비되는 것으로, 일측이 상기 링크의 지지부에 의해 지지되고, 타측이 상기 제2 및 제3 개구부와 핀으로 연결되어 상기 암의 외곽을 따라 이동되는 댐퍼;를 포함하고, 상기 도어 열림 시, 상기 댐퍼와 연결된 핀이 상기 제2 개구부의 끝단에 걸리면서 상기 댐퍼의 압축이 시작되고, 상기 도어 닫힘 시, 상기 댐퍼의 타측이 상기 암의 외곽에 닿을 때 상기 댐퍼의 압축이 시작되어 상기 도어의 열림 또는 닫힘이 서서히 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a door hinge comprising: an arm installed in a body of a device provided with a door; a housing installed in the door and connected to the arm through a hinge shaft to rotate; a link connected to the arm through a link shaft inside the housing to linearly move; a main spring member including a spring lever and a main spring fitted into the spring lever; and a damper provided inside the link and moving along the outer periphery of the arm, wherein when the door is open, compression of the damper starts, and when the door is closed, compression of the damper starts as soon as the other side of the damper comes into contact with the outside of the arm, so that the door is slowly opened or closed.
