초절연발열체가 구비된 수도관 동파방지 커버가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 초절연발열체가 구비된 수도관 동파방지 커버는 수도관을 수용하는 중공을 가지며, 내부에 초절연발열체를 구비하는 몸체부, 몸체부의 내부에 구비되어 초절연발열체에 전기를 공급하는 배터리부, 몸체부의 외측에 구비되어 배터리부를 충전하는 충전부, 몸체부 내부의 온도 및 배터리부의 충전 용량을 감지하는 센서부, 단말기와 통신을 수행하는 통신부 및 센서부에서 감지한 온도 및 배터리가 설정된 수치 이하일 경우 초절연발열체의 발열 또는 배터리부의 충전을 제어하는 제어부를 포함한다.
