롤스크린 지를 감거나 풀도록 형성한 롤 풀리부와 체인으로 형성한 정역회전 드라이브 작동부와 외부에 롤 스크린 커버가 형성된 본체부로 이루어진 방화겸용 롤스크린에 있어서, 상기 본체부에 고정한 방염 처리된 롤스크린 지를 감을 수 있는 샤프트; 상기 샤프트에 결합되는 코일스프링과 상기 샤프트 일측상에 형성한 샤프트기어와, 상기 샤프트기어와 맞물리도록 형성한 정역회전 드라이브 작동부; 상기 정역회전 드라이브 작동부는 본체부에 결합되며, 샤프트기어와 맞물리도록 형성한 메인스프링을 형성한 메인샤프트와, 상기 메인샤프트에 형성한 롤풀리부와 상기 메인샤프트 상에 이동하도록 드라이브 샤프트기어가 형성된 메인샤프트 하우징을 형성하고, 상기 드라이브 샤프트기어를 이동하도록 형성한 이동축과 상기 이동축 상에 체결되는 작동로드를 형성하고, 상기 작동로드를 이동하도록 솔레노이드축상에 체결핀을 체결하고, 상기 솔레노이드축이 결합된 솔레노이드부; 상기 솔레노이드부는 화재 또는 연기감지센서에 의해 감지된 신호에 의해 제어부에서 솔레노이드부가 작동하도록 샤프트기어(140)와 드라이브 샤프기어 간에 부하를 제거하여 줌으로 롤스크린 지를 감은 샤프트는 롤 스크린 지의 끝단의 하중에 의해 풀리면서 롤 스크린 지가 펴지도록 제어하는 제어부를 형성한 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.
The present invention relates to a fireproof rolling screen with an automatic shielding function when detecting a fire. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the fireproof rolling screen which is automatically shielded in case of a fire. The fireproof rolling screen comprises a main body unit having a roll pulley unit formed to wind or unwind roll screen paper, a normal and reverse-rotating drive operation unit formed as a chain, and a roll screen cover on the outer side thereof. The fireproof rolling screen comprises: a shaft winding the flame-retardant roll screen paper fixed to the main body unit; a coil spring connected to the shaft; a shaft gear formed on one side of the shaft; the normal and reverse-rotating drive operation unit engaged with the shaft gear, wherein the normal and reverse-rotating drive operation unit is connected to the main body unit; a main shaft having a main spring formed to be engaged with the shaft gear; the roll pulley unit formed on the main shaft; a main shaft housing having a drive shaft gear to move on the main shaft; a moving shaft formed to move the drive shaft gear; an operating rod coupled onto the moving shaft; a solenoid unit having a coupling pin coupled onto a solenoid shaft to move the operating rod, wherein the solenoid shaft is connected to the solenoid unit; and a control unit controlling the roll screen paper so that the roll screen paper is spread as the shaft winding the roll screen paper is unwound by the weight of an end of the roll screen paper since the solenoid unit removes a load between the main shaft gear and the drive shaft gear by being operated by the control unit according to a signal detected by a fire or smoke sensor.
