The present invention relates to a roadkill prevention system for wild animals, comprising: a plurality of pillar parts installed along a road in the shape of a pillar and having a unique code; a detection unit rotatably provided on the pillars and detecting body temperature, movement, and sound of a wild animal approaching in the direction of the road; a warning unit provided on the pillars, rotatably adjacent to the detection unit, and making a warning with sound or light to the wild animal attempting to approach the road; a control unit that is linked to the detection unit and the warning unit, is provided on the pillars together with the detection unit and the warning unit, and controls a detection signal of the detection unit and a warning signal of the warning unit; and a server unit that is linked to enable data communication with the control unit, transmits situational data occurring on the road from the control unit, and shares files about warning sound or light from the warning unit. The road kill, which refers to wild animal accidents and vehicle accidents caused by wild animals trespassing on roads where vehicles drive, can be prevented in advance. Thus, it is possible to effectively prevent dangerous situations such as wild animal accidents and vehicle accidents.
