본 발명은 숏크리트용 하이브리드 급결제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 액상형 급결제와 분말형 급결제를 혼합사용함으로서 각각의 급결제 Type의 역학적 특성 및 내구성능의 증진을 통하여 시공성 향상, 현장에서의 재료 손실 저감, 저온 강도발현 안정성 확보함은 물론, 응결시간을 단축할 수 있는 숏크리트용 하이브리드 급결제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 액상형 급결제 및 분말형 급결제를 각각 시멘트 함량의 1.0~10.0 중량%가 되도록 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
