본 발명은 순환자원만을 100% 활용한 유동화 채움재 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 유동화 채움재 조성물은 수소 제조공정, 시멘트 제조공정 또는 화석연료 연소공정에서 발생하는 이산화탄소를 포집 후 광물 탄산화 반응시켜 생성된 부산물인 슬러지 100중량부에 대하여, 고로슬래그 미분말 2∼100중량부, 제철소 소결 탈황 공정 또는 순환 유동층 보일러 탈황 공정 부산물 2∼300중량부를 포함함으로써, 순환자원만을 100% 사용하면서도 무다짐 고유동 채움재로 가능하고, 주 용도는 구조물 및 관로 뒷채움재용, 지반, 폐석산, 폐광산 및 폐관 채움재용 등 대형의 빈 공간에 채워 넣은 후 급속한 경화가 가능하며, 하중절감, 재굴착 및 체적 안정성 확보가 가능하다.
The present invention relates to a fluidized filler composition using only 100% recycled resources. The fluidized filler composition of the present invention comprises 2 to 100 parts by weight of blast furnace slag fine powder and 2 to 300 parts by weight of by-product of a steel mill sintering desulfurization process or a circulating fluidized bed boiler desulfurization process, based on about 100 parts by weight of sludge, which is a by-product produced by capturing carbon dioxide generated in a hydrogen manufacturing process, a cement manufacturing process, or a fossil fuel combustion process and then conducting a mineral carbonation reaction. Accordingly, the composition can be used as non-compaction, high-flow filler while using 100% recycled resources. The composition of the present invention is mainly used for a backfill for structures and pipes and a filler for the ground, waste rock, abandoned mines, and waste pipes. Accordingly, rapid curing is possible after filling a large empty space and load reduction, re-excavation, and volumetric can be ensured.
