OPENABLE PACKING
개폐형 패킹이 개시된다. 발열장치의 관체에 삽입되는 개폐형 패킹은, 축관 공정 전 관체에 삽입되며 수용공간을 포함하는 몸체부 및 수용공간에 발열선이 삽입되도록 개폐가 가능하며, 몸체부의 일부를 덮거나 개방시키는 뚜껑부를 포함하며, 수용공간은 발열선이 U자형으로 절곡되어 삽입되도록 형성된다. 이에 따라, 발열선을 패킹에 절곡된 형태로 고정시킬 수 있고, 발열선이 끼워진 개폐형 패킹을 관체에 삽입한 상태에서 축관공정을 통해 삽입된 개폐형 패킹으로 관체를 밀봉시킬 수 있게 되어, 매설형 발열장치의 제조 효율성을 증가시킬 수 있게 된다.
Disclosed is an opening/closing type packing. The opening/closing type packing inserted into a tube body of a heating device comprises: a body part that is inserted into the tube body before a shaft tube process and comprises an accommodating space; and a lid part enabling opening/closing to allow a heating wire to be inserted into the accommodating space, and covering or opening one part of the body part, wherein the accommodating space is formed so that the heating wire is bent into a U-shape and inserted thereinto. Accordingly, the heating wire can be fixed to a packing in a bent form, and enables the tube body to be sealed with the opening/closing type packing inserted through the shaft tube process in a state wherein the opening/closing type packing with the heating wire is inserted into the pipe body, thereby enabling to increase manufacturing efficiency of an embedded-type heating device.
