본 발명은 냉난방 기능을 갖는 건축물의 내·외장용 안전패널에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 건축물의 벽면에 설치되는 것으로, 내부에 공간을 가지되, 측면에는 부동액이 유입될 수 있는 입구가 형성되며, 전체적으로 사각 박스 형태를 갖는 다수의 안전블록;과, 상기 안전블록을 서로 편리하게 조립할 수 있도록 상기 안전블록의 측면에 형성되는 슬라이드 홈과, 상기 안전블록의 측면에 다른 안전블록의 슬라이드 홈에 슬라이드 내입되는 슬라이드 돌기로 이루어지는 조립수단;과, 상기 안전블록의 내부를 관통하여 형성되되, 전원이 공급되면 주변으로 열원을 발산하여 상기 안전블록에 수용된 부동액을 데우는 것으로, 수평으로 길게 형성되거나 90°로 절곡되어 형성되는 난방라인;과, 상기 안전블록의 내부를 관통하여 형성되되, 내부에 냉매가 유통되면서 주변으로 냉기를 발산하여 상기 안전블록에 수용된 부동액을 냉각시키는 것으로, 수평으로 길게 형성되거나 90°로 절곡되어 형성되는 냉방라인;으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 것으로서, 내부에 부동액이 충진된 다수의 안전블록을 간편히 조립하는 방식으로 건축물의 벽면에 안전패널을 구축할 수 있어 설치의 편의성을 확보할 수 있고, 안전블록의 내부에 충진되는 부동액을 통해 우수한 단열, 방음 효과와 함께 화재 발생시 화재를 진화할 수 있는 기능을 기대할 수 있어 화재시 인명 피해를 최소화할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 안전블록에 형성되는 난방 및 냉방라인과 냉매 공급수단을 통해 경제적이고 우수한 냉난방 효과를 부여할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 연결수단을 통해 안전블록의 난방 및 냉방라인의 안정적인 연결을 유도하는 동시에, 안전블록과 다른 안전블록의 견고한 연결을 유도함으로, 장치의 우수한 사용안전성을 유도할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a safety panel for interior and exterior of a building, having cooling and heating functions, characterized by comprising: a plurality of safety blocks, which are installed on a wall of a building, have a generally rectangular box shape, have a space on the interior thereof while having an opening on a side surface thereof, through which antifreeze can be introduced; an assembly means, comprising slide grooves arranged on side surfaces of each safety block, and slide protrusions arranged on side surfaces thereof so as to be slidingly inserted into the slide grooves of other safety blocks, so that the safety blocks can be conveniently assembled with each other; a heating line, which is arranged to pass through the interior of the safety blocks and emits heat to the surroundings when supplied with power, so as to heat the antifreeze accommodated in the safety blocks, and which extends horizontally or is bent 90°; and a cooling line, which is arranged to pass through the interior of the safety blocks and has a refrigerant circulating through the interior thereof, so as to give out cold air to the surroundings and accordingly cool the antifreeze accommodated in the safety blocks, and which extends horizontally or is bent 90°.
