Disclosed is a device for preventing grating deflection which can be coupled to an opening formed on a grating without welding work. According to one aspect of the present invention, the device for preventing grating deflection is coupled to a first opening formed on an edge of a grating and comprises: a cover member including a plate unit having a second opening corresponding to the first opening and mounted on the grating; and a coaming forming member including a coaming forming unit inserted into the first opening and the second opening. The cover member further includes a fixing unit protruding from the lower surface of the plate unit to be coupled to a bearing bar of the grating. The coaming forming member further includes a first protrusion unit protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the coaming forming unit to support the lower surface of the bearing bar, and a second protrusion unit protruding from the outer circumferential surface of the coaming forming unit to be mounted on the upper surface of the plate unit.
