본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물 보호용 친환경 표면 보호제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 보호제 코팅방법에 관한 것으로서, 건축용으로 시공이 이루어지는 콘크리트 구조물 표면에 대한 부착성, 방수성, 내구성, 지수성능 및 자기 치유성이 우수하게 나타날 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다.이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명의 표면 보호제 조성물은, 메틸메타크릴레이트-부틸아크릴레이트 공중합체 25~60중량%, 알루미나 시멘트 5~30중량%, 실리카질 규사 5~25중량%, 티타늄테트라 이소프로폭사이드 3~25중량%, EVA계 분말폴리머 3~20중량%, 테트라메틸오쏘실리케이트 1~20중량%, 알카놀아민계 첨가제 1~15중량%, 물 10~35중량%의 비율로 혼합 조성을 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
